Alison Taylor is a Senior Programme Manager and Clinical SME at NHS England, working within the Transformation Directorate on the Digitising Social Care (DiSC) Programme and Digital Medicines. A registered nurse with an extensive clinical background across health and adult social care.

Alison now leads national digital transformation initiatives, including the development, assurance and implementation of the Adult Social Care Minimum Operational Data Standard (MODS), ASC medicines management including proxy repeat ordering and e-MAR, and GP Connect integration with Digital Social Care Record (DSCR) IT suppliers for adoption by Adult Social Care (ASC) providers.

Alison continues to practice clinically as a bank nurse, ensuring her transformation and policy work remains rooted in frontline care.
